ARE THERE ANY BUILDING REFERRALS.

BASEMENT SPRINKLER REQUIREMENT,
BUILDING CLASSIFICATION AND USE IN THE
BASEMENT, AND SEPERATION FROM THE

LETTER OF CERTIFIeATION:
On April 15, 1997 the fire atarm system at Park Meadows Lodge, 1472 Matterhom
Circle, Vail, was tsted and inspected by personnel of Goddard Electronics in accord-
ance with specifications of the Vail Fire Depa.rtment. In Addition,a11 smoke detectors
were cleaned. On April 24, 1997 all defects found during the inspection were repaired
and to the best of my knowledge,the system at this time was 100% functional and in
compliance with applicable codes. Sincerely,
