I am the electrician working for K�B Construction. My company is Eagle Electric Inc. and my name is Michael Koenen. The property has multiple Duplexes. The remodel has its own meter. The meter has a 150 amp main breaker. The feeder to the panel is a 2/0 SER wire from the meter. T�ie only power requirements we are adding are 4 additional recessed tights which replace a surface light on the ceiling of the kitchen. The eacisting ceiling ftxture in the kitchen has 4, 40watt bulbs and we will repdace it with 4 recessed cans with SO watt halogen bulbs. In the kitchen we will add a new receptacle where we removed one receptacle from the wall. All the receptacles remain the same on two small appliance circuits. Two of the baseboard heaters will be replaced with hydronic baseboard heaters. They are more e�cient saves 400 watts. We will add two receptacles in the living room for TV. We will add a circuit for in floor heat upstairs. SDO watts.
