Attached is the existing condo map as filed and the proposed condo map to be filed once the project is complete. I did
have Julie do a GRFA analysis and can get that to you if needed.
The GRFA is being taken from the Mechanical room and being added to unit #403.
Not moving any exterior walls.
I was not sure if the 250 Ordinance applied or not.
I apologize for doing the 180 on you but I did not have full approval to submit for the work into mechanical room from
the HOA. I had a meeting set up to get that approval a day or two after my original submittal but it was postponed. I
received that full approval verbally on Friday and in writing on Monday.
I appreciate your help in getting this in front of DRB given your current work load.

OK. Did you do a GRFA analysis of the proposed areas to be captured by Unit 403? Is the only GRFA being added into
the mechanical room? Are you moving any exterior walls to capture GRFA? Are you using the 250 Ordinance to
accomplish this addition? Are you under 250 square feet allowable in the 250 Ordinance? I do not see in any part of the
submitted plan an analysis of the square footage being added to Unit 403. The point I am making is that last week you
said you were only ready to do Unit 501 which was just windows. Now on Tuesday morning you throw Unit 403 back
into the mix. More information is needed when performing an addition. As I was under the understanding that Unit 403
would come later and would not be a part of this application I did not discuss this portion further with you. Please get
me a plan which clearly shows the proposed floor area to be added, its area calculated and identified, and from what
regulation you are obtaining the GRFA to add the addition. I suspect the only GRFA that is allowable is through the 250
addition. Please get me this by this afternoon.

reviewed for tomorrow’s meeting.

Attached is the approval letter for me to proceed with DRB and permit process for the remodel at Bridge Street Lodge
#403. I dropped off the revised plans last week at the building department and plan on attending the DRB meeting on
Wednesday.
I am under a deadline to complete the construction during the off season for Los Amigos and would like to get approval
for the complete project on Wednesday so I can submit for permit on Thursday or Friday.
