While Town records indicate that some window changes were approved in the past, the records do not indicate approval of any bay windows. I am writing to request your help in clearing up this issue. If anyone has records indicating approval of these windows, I would greatly appreciate a copy of these records for our files. If no records exist, the Town would like to work with the owners in order to determine how the windows were approved. I would like to stress that the purpose of this letter is merely a fact finding mission, and it is not the Town’s intention to accuse anyone of wrongdoing.
