NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Council of the Town of Vail will hold a public hearing in accordance with Section 12-3-3, Vail Town Code, on March 18, 2008, at 6:00 PM in the Town
of Vail Municipal Building, in consideration of:
ITEM/TOPIC:
An appeal, pursuant to Section 12-3-3, Appeals, Vail Town Code, of the Town of Vail Planning and Environmental Commission’s and the Town of Vail Design Review Board’s respective approvals
of a major exterior alteration application, based upon Section 12-7B-7, Exterior Alterations or Modifications, and Chapter 11, Design Review, Vail Town Code, to allow for a remodel and
addition to the existing Rucksack Condominiums Building and Scott Building, located at 288 Bridge Street, part of Lot C and Lot D, Vail Village Filing 1, and setting forth details in
regard thereto.
