RE: 288 Bridge Street / The Scott Building / Lots C & D, Block 5A, Vail Village 1st Filing
Dear Michael,
We cannot take this application to the Planning and Environmental Commission (PEC) or Design Review Board (DRB) until full details on the following have been submitted to our office:
Resolution of the issue of not having a Legal Lot of Record: we need to see the proposed development space in relation to the existing, platted lot lines.
It will also need to be determined upon which buildings (i.e. the A&D, Scott, and Rucksack) zoning requirements such as site coverage will need to be applied. Further, along those
same lines, if the Rucksack or A&D buildings, or the lots upon which they are located, are affected by this proposal, owner sign-off will need to be obtained for those properties.
Response to concerns raised by the Fire Department:
“Not enough information has been submitted to form a valid assessment.”
Comments by the Public Works Department:
“Provide detailed information on where all new roof drainage will flow…”
“The Town of Vail will not allow roof to drain onto surface of existing brick pavers or entranceway.”
