Please see our updated Ci.o sheet and responses below to your plan questions.
i) Please provide a plan layout of the ADA access from the hotel to the pool area. Ramps? If so and if
sloped railings?
Illustrated on our Ci.o sheet you can see that there is ADA access from the hotel through the gate,down
the ramp and around the pool.The pool area has a 5'-0"clear area surrounding the entire pool.The
existing ramp is existing to remain in place and the slope is less than i:iz. The existing ramp has a clear
width greaterthan 36"and adequate 60"landings at the top and bottom.New hand rails on both sides
will be provided.In accordance with the zoio ADA standards for Accessible Design,section 5o5.io the
top and bottom rail extensions will be i'-o"but follow the existing walls to prevent any hazardous
conditions as noted in Exception 3.
�) Please provide ADA compliance at the new bar and grill areas.
Illustrated on our Cs.o sheet you can see that there are�ADA seats noted.Per section zz6.i a tota�of 5%
accessible seating is required.With a total of z5 dining seats we need a i.z5 accessible seats.Per Section
9oz.3 ourtables are all at 30"high which clearly fits within the height requirement of this section.
