The NFS2-3030 is an intelligent Fire Alarm Control Panel
designed for medium-to large-scale facilities. Fire emergency
detection and evacuation are extremely critical to life safety,

FDM-1(A) AUTOMATIC ADDRESSING
The FDM-1(A) automatically assigns itself to two addressable
points, starting with the original address. For example, if the
FDM-1(A) is set to address "26", then it will automatically
assign itself to addresses"26"and"27".
NOTE:"Ones"addresses on the FDM-1(A)are 0,2,4,6,or 8 only.
Terminals 6 and 7 use the first address,and terminals 8 and 9 use
the second address.
QCAUTION:
Avoid duplicating addresses on the system.
Installation
FMM-1(A), FZM-1(A), and FDM-1(A) modules mount directly
to a standard 4" (10.16 cm) square, 2.125" (5.398 cm) deep,
electrical box.They may also be mounted to the SM6500 sur-
face-mount box. Mounting hardware and installation instruc-
tions are provided with each module. All wiring must conform
to applicable local codes, ordinances, and regulations. These
modules are intended for power-limited wiring only.

The Notifier NBG-12LX is a state-of-the-art, dual-action (i.e., �

Description:
The IFX Terminal Cabinet is constructed of 16 gauge (.062 thk.) cold rolled steel and finished with a
durable red textured, heat-resistant baked-on enamel finish. The front cover displays "FIRE ALARM
TERMINAL CABINET" in 2" white indelible screened lettering and features a removable formed lift-a-
way hinge and a high security CAT 30 keyed door lock. The interior of the box contains field identifica-
tion labels on the inside cover corresponding to the terminal strip's labeling inside the back box. The
cabinet employs SAE TTS Tool less terminal strips rated for 12 gauge wire and 20 amp max 250V
(Class B/UL) 300V (CSA). The dual barrier terminal strips are mounted on a durable 18 GA cold rolled
steel galvanize finish backboard and secured to the back box. Custom finish and legend available.
The cabinet includes embedded 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1 1/2" and 2" EMT knockout clusters.
