Joe,
I believe your assumption is correct that the shingle color/style on Bldg #9 is on the way out and those on #3 & #6 are the
new product. The color may be specified in a previous DRB submittal when Bldgs #3 and #6 were done. I cannot verify
this until next week as my contact, Property Manager Rob Steinke, is away until then. I believe the proposed product is
GAF's ULTRA 50 in a standard color such as Weathered Wood. I will verify the color as soon as possible.
You can reach me at 970-376-4124. Sorry that wasn't on the app.
Thank you,

Subject: Pitkin Creek Condos
Hello Steve,
I did a site visit at the Pitkin Creek Condos. Replacing the stairs won’t be a problem. I need more information about the
roof on building 9 though. With a foot plus of snow on the roof, it was impossible to tell what the existing conditions are.
It looks like, from aerial photographs, that there are three styles of shingles on the buildings. Building nine has a sort of
sandstone brown shingles currently on it. Will the new shingles match this, or the darker brown shingles on buildings
three and six (and others)? Are you phasing in one color for another?
Also, let me know your phone number. One wasn’t provided on the application.
Thanks Steve. Have a great day.
Regards,
-Joe
