We have the advantage of alsp doing min�r renovati4ns to the Firman Residence which is the othcr side of the duplex 1484B Sunburst Drivc. The Firman Residence has already been approved by the DRB (DRB050618) and taas been determined��-ill not need a building permit. The isalated area of eQnsdruction coupted with the fact that we�e�iil tre abie tcb use the entire semi ciccular drive way in the front of botb units for staging and parking should make a sta�ing plan obsolete. There will be nd significant arnount of building materials that«rill need to be stared, aside from the boutders which will be cra.ned to the rear af the propca-ty upon delivery.
