This aspect of the project will require a staff level design review approval for which we are seeking your endorsement of the proposed replacements. In all three instances, the new windows will match the sizes and color (bronze) of the existing windows. The new Living Rm. window will match the existing configuration, while the new bedroom windows will become full height sliding units as directed by the HOA Board. The front door is being replaced with a new insulated fiberglass construction that will match the appearance of existing doors. Many thanks for your attention to this proposal.
