Every residential development and redevelopment shall be required to mitigate its direct and secondary impacts on
the town by providing employee housing at a mitigation rate of ten percent (10 %) of the total new GRFA.

344 x 10% = 34.4 square feet of require igation
34.4 square feet X $137.65 / square fo t = $4,735.16 due s fee in lieu
