Lionshead Park Demolition Permit Scope of Work Narrative
• Installation of temporary construction fence and erosion control methods
• Removal/disposal of existing sod as needed, trees as indicated, existing railing, existing site
boulders, concrete wall caps, concrete side walls, concrete stairs/walks, concrete pavers and
existing fountain as indicated on the plans (see attached sheet C-3) to be removed.
• Strip and stockpile topsoil
• Relocation of existing fiber optic cable.
