Lane,Vail, CO 81657 ? Permit# 612-0510?
if so, please reply to this email and I will remove them and put you in as the contractor and email you a new building
permit to reflect this change.

Carolyn,
We are a homeowner in Vail -a single family home located at 1481 Aspen Grove Lane. We are submitting a Contractor
Registration so we can act as the GC to complete a project underway that the current GC cannot complete. I spoke with
Martin Haeberle this morning and he said this registration was required.
Attached is the completed Contractor Registration. We understand there is a $200 fee due as part of the registration.
