I am the electrician working for Burke Harrington Construction. My company is Eagle Electric Inc. and my name is Michael Koenen. The property has a main house and a apartment. The house has one single phase meter which has a 175 amp breaker for the main house and a 125 amp breaker for the apartment. The apartment will not be remodeled. The only power requirements we are adding are four under cabinet lights in the kitchen and replace the (6) recessed lights with (6) new recessed lights. The kitchen circuits will remain the same but moved to different locations. The new under cabinet lights will be 160 watts. The downstairs hallway will have (2) recessed lights added. Total of 44 watts with fluorescent bulbs. Bedroom #2 will have a surface light added in the middle of the room. The total watts gained is 60 with fluorescent bulbs.
