As this affects only the townhomes, I do not see a need to seek any other approvals. Rollie most likely knows better about any town approvals so I will follow his recommendation. 4/3/2013 Thanks, Tom Sent from my iPhone On Mar 28, 2013, at 10:19 AM, Kirk Christoffersen <kirkc@globeimmune.com> wrote: Dear Tom, Marina, Greg and Christine, As we have spoken about, our garage floor needs structural repair /replacement. Rollie (NEDBO construction) has indicated that he can start the repairs right after ski season ends (— Apr16) — I hope this won't be an inconvenience for you. While Rollie is tearing apart the garage floor, we would like to make the garage doors 6 inches taller to accommodate our SUVs with the rocket boxes on top. The exterior finish would be the same as it is now, just a slightly taller opening and a new matching garage door. Unfortunately, as this is a small project we don't have any spec drawings. Please let me know if this is acceptable to you. We will be up this Monday /Tuesday if you would like to discuss the project in person. Warm regards, Kirk p.s. Tom I believe this is a townhome -only decision? Please let me know if I need to circulate this request to Kemil and David?
