Dear Commun'ity Development,
The Vaii Racquet Club Homeowners Associa�on recently received a request
from the owners af Townhome H1 to replace the windows with new"same for
same°windows that are more energy efficient and install a new storm door.
According to the plans submitted to the Association an January 19, 2013, the
new windows wiil have the exact same exterior appearance as the original
windows, The Association conditionally approved this improvement based upon
the owner receiving the proper Town of Vail permits and approval.
