MARSHALL RESIDENCE REMODEL
PROJECT#1 107
To Whom it May Concern,
This submittal is for changes to approved plans for the remodel and minor addition to an existing residence built
in 1992 at 193 Beaver Dam Road.
The following is a list of changes since the Final DRB approved drawings and various changes approved by the
DRB on 1/2/13 and 2/20/13. We submitted changes for the 5/1/13 meeting which are on the attached
drawings(ridge skylight on high roof)even though they have not been approved at the time this narrative was
written.
Architectural Drawings:
1) Sheet A2.0a:
-The windows in the North wall of Bedroom #4 replaced by a sliding glass door.
-The windows and single door in the North wall of Bedroom #I replaced by a sliding glass door
2) Sheet A2.Ob
-The window in the North wall of the Bridge increased in width and moved East.
3) Sheet A2.I b:
-The East window in the North wall of the Master Entry deleted.
-The West window in the North wall of the Master Entry increased in width and moved East.
-Stone added on the exterior along the South and partial East wall of the Master Bedroom.
4) Sheet A3.0:
South:
-The South wall of the Master Bathroom exterior finishes changed from stone to wood and copper.
-The South wall of the Master Bedroom exterior finishes changed from wood to stone.
East:
-Part of the East wall of the Master Bedroom exterior finishes changed from wood to stone.
