General I nformation:
All projects requiring desigr� re�iew must receive approval preor to submitting a building permit application. Please
refer to the submittal requirements for the particular approval that is requested. An applicatlon for Design �teview
cannot be accepted until all required information is received by the Gommunity Development Department. The
project may also n�ed to be Teviewed by th� Town Council and/flr the P�anning and Environmental Commission.
Design review approval lapses ur�less a building permit is issued and construction commences within
one year of the approval.
