One door west facing on the front balcony and two doors east facing at the rear of the building exiting the bedrooms. The Board of Directors approves the remodel subject to the following conditions. 1. The same sliding door manufacturer, color and trim be used that was used for sliding door replacements in unit 303. 2. That painted, stucco and trim areas effected be restored back to existing colors, all affected areas receive paint touch ups. 3. The area, steps and carpets are keeping clean and free from debris and walk way hazards. 4. Construction debris is hauled away from site and that the residential dumpster is not used. 5. Contractor provides association proof of liability insurance. 6. Contractor show proof of Town of Vail contractor licenses. 7. Contractor show proof of Town of Vail building permit, inspections and final inspection. 8. The homeowner asked for permission to install screens. This is approved please be sure the screens match the door frame colors. The Board and all the members of the association are very supportive of unit improvements and wish the homeowner and contractor well with this project.
