The addition will be framed using a cantilever method to not disturb any e�sting grounds and or requiring any excavation. The purpose of this addition is to add valuable square footage to a very small kitchen/dining area to accommodate a growing family. We have done quite a few additions in this complex so we are not anticipating any problems. All materials will be brought back to existing per HOA guidelines.
