be approximately 3'-6"wide by 7'-0"tall to allow access between the two units.
Although existing structural drawings were not available at the time of this visit, it appears this concrete wall extends well
above the upper floor to the roof framing.
Based on the field observations, it appears the opening may be cut in the concrete wall without any further reinforcing
required. However, if, during demolition, the wall does not appear to be a solid reinforced concrete wall (at least 8
inches thick),we should be contacted to observe the existing conditions. A PPR�VED
