Dear Community Development,
The Vail Racquet Club Homeowner Association recently received a request from
the owner of Building 7, Unit 5 on April 29, 2013 to replace the entry slider doo�
with a new swing type door and window and also replace the bedraom window
with a new"same for same" wi�dow that is more energy efficient. The windows
and door meet the Design Review requirements of the Association and have
been conditionally approved based upon the owner receiving the proper Town of
Vail permits and approval.
