Required modifications to the fire sprinkler system are as follows. Reroute existing pipe in entry way and hall way out of soffits and above ceiling. Relocate one head in entry way. Relocate one head in bathroom. Add one head in laundry room. All work performed will comply with NFPA13 and local standards. This is a copper antifreeze system on the third floor. All added materials will be compatible to the existing system. It is our understanding that this letter will be sufficient to obtain a permit to proceed with the work described above. No other work will be done without authorization from VFES. If further information is required to issue a permit please contact our office in Glenwood Springs at 970 -618 -3294.
