Fencing Schedule
Type Description
Matches the existing fence with the exception
A that the decorative elements which could be
interpreted as "mountable" will not be installed.
This section of fence is substantially out of sight
and will compliment fence type A in that it will
B consist of 2" dia. hammered top tube, hammered
pickets, and a 1 "x1" bottom tube. Pickets will be
adjusted in length to account for any grade
change of site conditions which may require
specific attention in order to meet code.
C Gates will meet code in all ways and will
match the existing fence materials and style

1. Existing trees depicted on the Plan do not refle,
all existing trees as many were planted since the
survey was performed and many pre - existing tree
were not inventoried in that survey.
2. Trees proposed for the pool area from a previo
phase were modified in terms of location and are
not in the exact spot as proposed.
