Subject: Spring 2013 Remodeling Projects
The following unit Remodel has been approved by the Architectural Review Committee of Northwoods
Condominium Association:
- individual Owner Projects:
1. Northwoods B313,Plans dates April 17,2013. Add deck on south side above B208
and add Northwoods approved handrail detail.Add sliding patio doors in two
locations, enclose part of upper deck,extend roof eave and enlarge master bedroom
balcony,change handrail to Northwoods approved handrail detail.
Three requirements to be met not noted on plans:
1. A3.1, all concrete wall caps at work area are to be removed and replaced with the Northwoods
approved Rose colored stone caps.
2. All exterior light fixtures are to be the Northwoods approved "Shaper" style, including at existing
patio on 13208.
3. All exterior step light fixtures are to be Northwoods approved type.
Approvals of these projects are conditional on the owner following the Procedures for Approval of Architectural
Changes Requested by Owners established by the Association.
