CERTIFICATE OF DEDICATION AND OWNERSHIP
Know all men by these presents that North-South Partners,
being sole owner(s) in fee simple, mortgagee or lienholder of all
that real property situated in the Town ot Vail, Eagle County,
Colorado, described as foliows:
Heginning at the Southeast corner of The Ledges,
a subdivision in the Town of Vail, thence N 43 41'12" E
134.78 feet to a point on the southerly right-ofi-way
line of Interstate Highway 7C►; thence along said right-
of-way line S 71 44'43" E 194.96 feet; thence
continuing along said right-of-way line S 59 28'ib" E
