property shown on the accompanying map and more particularly described as follows:

the Condominium Ownership Act of the State of Colorado and in accordance with the Condominium
Oeclaration for Vail Racquet Club Condominiums:
NOW THEREFORE, said Vail Racquet Club Condominiums does hereby declare that the accompanying map
is the map of the Fourth Supplement to Vail Racquet Club Condominiums and shows the layout and
location of the condominium units of said Fourth Supplement to Vail Racquet Club Condominiums with
respect to the boundar�ies described in Exhibit 1 of the Fourth Supplement to the Condominium
