Re: Window Replacement Request for Unit#5
Jeff-We are writing to request Lodge at Lionshead Association permission to replace
existing window units located in Unit#5 with new windows. All of the windows are
located on the south side of the building in the living room of the unit. Two existing
window units include three separate panes of glass, including one operable piece. The
owners would like to replace these units with windows that would consist of one large
pane of glass similar to the unit above. The owner would also like to replace three lower
fixed units with awning type windows with opening limiting devices. See attached
picture for more information. The new windows are to be Pella windows to match the
same style and color of the existing windows. Please let me know if you have any
questions or require any other information. Thanks for your time.
