Hello Jeff,
It appears to me that the 6 cottonwoods located behind Simba Run have been struggling for
quite some time. They have had mold and scale over the years that has taken a toll on them.
Much of the branches are dead and the trees are probably not structurally sound. My
recommendation would be for removal of all six trees before they get any larger and could cause
more problems. The other issue is the invasive root system of these trees. The foundation and
even pipes are at risk of destruction. Please call me with any concerns.
