General Information- This appililcation is for all, changes to approved plans prior to Certificate of Occupancy.
An application for Design F i a nnof be accepted until all, required information is received by th Commu-
nity development Department. Design Review approval expires one year from the date of approval, uni
building permit is issued and construction commences.

1 . Three copies of all pertinent approved plans rith illustrated , labeled charges
