Attention TOV: Description of work for Craig Kinney Residence addendum to remodel
Remodel of two old baths in the home and one bedroom. No exterior changes to take place for
this work. No structural members to be removed or replaced.
Upper floor powder bath will be upgraded with new cabinets, bath fan, and fixtures throughout
powder bath. Remove existing metal shower stall and replaced with storage cabinets. Reframe one
interior wall for storage cabinets.
Lower floor bathroom: Upgraded with new sink base cabinet, new bath fan, new fixtures
throughout bathroom. Metal shower stall to be removed and replaced with tiled shower that will be
increased in size by utilizing space in adjacent closet. Add in floor electric heat and tile.
Lower Bedroom: Reframing of existing closet. Existing sink will move and be updated, new sink
base cabinet and replace old fixtures in bedroom.

40,500/240 = 168.75 AMPS on a 200 AMP service
NOTE:No new circuits getting installed. We will use existing circuits to accommodate
new layout of master bathroom. Secondary is getting new in place of existing materials.
Installing 2 heat units, 1500 watts, in lower and upper bathrooms.
Relocating lighting to accommodate new bathroom layout.
