The brick mold exterior will match the existing brick mold.We also want to remove the3'x4' deck which is completely deteriorated and unsafe. Instead of replacing deck we would like to install a guard rail across the door opening. The deck is very small and was cantilevered out with no flashing installed and has been a water intrusion nightmare. Removing the deck we can repair the stucco and seal the exterior to prevent water intrusion. Thanks for your consideration.
