The following items were observed:
The purpose of this inspection was to make a final framing inspection of the building. I have determined that the
framing for this remodel has been completed according to the plans and specifications issued by this office on May

Ron and I also inspected the floor slab for the low lev entl due to a leak i the sewer line1tI recommend that this
receded from beneath portions of this slab on grade,appa y
slab be stabilized by pressure injecring grout in the soil beneath it since it is not a shuctural slab. This remedy would
