Dear Sir or Madam:
On June 17, 2005 a letter was sent to you at the above-mentioned address. The letter
came back unclaimed. This is the address listed with Eagle County for ownership of the
property located at 1295 Westhaven Circle in Vail Colorado.
We have been trying to reach you to discuss improvements done behind your property
that may be located in the stream tract and also in the sewer easement.
Please call me as soon as you receive this letter as we need to discuss the removal of
these unapproved/ illegal improvements. My office number is 970-477-3417.
I am enclosing a copy of the letter dated June 16, 2005 (mailed June 17) for your review.
Failure to comply will result in a summons being issued.
