The plans are not approved for due cause. The comments are as follows : L 2 The pedistrian exit and driveway from Treetops Plaza needs to be submitted prior to issuance of a permit. The entry gate must be coded to allow fire department access. Show the access and location to the fire department connection for Phase 1 Submit specifications on the Bar B Que shown on the plans . L 3 Show the location of the fire department connection for ;Phase II A 2 . 1 Note 6 - The Jomy fire escape is not approved under the definition of the International Fire Code, 2003 edition, Section 202, as adopted by the Town of Vail.
