Dear Mr. & Mrs. Farley:
On June 17, 2005 you were sent a certified letter outlining a violation at the above-
mentioned property. You signed for that letter on June 21, 2005. As of this date, you
have failed to submit an application for approval or remove the unapproved addition.
We are asking that you submit a complete Design Review application within 14 calendar
days from receipt of this letter. Failure to do so will result in a summons being issued.
Your prompt attention regarding this matter will be greatly appreciated and will help
assure that Vail continues to be the desirable and pleasant resort community for which we
