Parking areas created in the right-of-way
Dear Mr. Sammons:
One of the many functions of Code Enforcement is to provide for the enforcement of the Town of Vail
Municipal Codes.
It has come to our attention that the above-described property may be in violation of the Town of Vail
Municipal Codes as follows:
Reported Violation(s): You have created parking spaces that encroach into the right-of-way.
We are asking that you submit a complete Design Review application within 15 calendar days from receipt
of this letter. This application should show your plans to remove all parking from the right-of-ways and
your plans to restore these areas to an approved material/use (lawn, flower beds,etc). Failure to do so will
result in a summons being issued.
Your prompt attention regarding this matter will be greatly appreciated and will help assure that Vail
continues to be the desirable and pleasant resort community for which we all strive. Please feel free to call
