Braddock PO Box 1005 Berwyn PA 19312 CERTIFIED MAIL-RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED Re: 4852 Meadow Lane Dear Mr. Braddock: One of the many functions of Code Enforcement is to provide for the enforcement of the Town of Vail Municipal Codes. It has come to our attention that the above-described property may be in violation of the Town of Vail Municipal Codes as follows: Reported Violation(s): You have an abandoned refrigerator being stored by this residence. Section 6-3F-1 (ABANDONED ICEBOXES, REFRIGERATORS AND CONTAINERS) of the Town Code states, in part, that: It is unlawful for any person to leave or permit to remain outside of any dwelling, building, or other structure, or within any unoccupied or abandoned building, structure or dwelling under such person's control within the Town in a place accessible to children, any abandoned, unattended or discarded icebox, refrigerator, or other container which has a door or lid, snaplock or other locking device which may not be released from the inside, without first removing the door or lid, snaplock or other locking device.
