Dear Mr. Baltz:
One of the many functions of Code Enforcement is to provide for the enforcement of the
Town of Vail Municipal Codes.
It has come to our attention that the above-described property may be in violation of the
Town of Vail Municipal Codes as follows:
Reported Violation(s): You have not mowed/maintained the yard areas at the
above-mentioned property on Gore Circle.
Section 5-1-1 (DEFINITIONS) of the Town Code states, in part, that:
NUISANCE: For the purpose of this Code, a nuisance is hereby defined as any
act or condition which endangers the public health or environment or results in
annoyance or discomfort to the public or damage to any property or injury to any
person.
We are asking that you mow the yard areas needing it and pick up any rubble or debris on
your lot. Please remedy this situation within 15 calendar days from receipt of this letter.
Failure to do so will result in a summons being issued.
Your prompt attention regarding this matter will be greatly appreciated and will help
assure that Vail continues to be the desirable and pleasant resort community for which we
