• Approximately 112 lineal feet of guard -rail
• Approximately 25 lineal feet of grab -rail
Option - per Reynolds existing Front ront Range residence railing
Material-
0 2 top horizontal rails, 2 x 1 x 14g. tube steel, top rail continuous- lower top
horizontal to have a 3" spacing from upper rail, connected to posts
• Newel posts to be 2 x 2 x 1/8" tube steel
• Pickets to be 5/8" x 5/8" x 16g. tube steel
• Bottom rail to he 1 -1/2" x 1" x 1/8" channel steel
• 3" x 5" base plates
• Primer painted
Proposed price- $10,950.00
One coat of finish paint- additional $620.00
Remove old hand rail and haul off - $720.00
NOTE: All options include primer and grab rail at 36" at the stairs.
