Ladies and Gentlemen,
Attached you will see two sets of plan submitted to the Town of Vail that bear an architects seal on the original document and an additional sheet, submitted later, with an engineers
seal on them. This was brought to the attention of the town after the project was completed by the property owner who stated that he did not authorize these changes. Please see sheet
1 on pages 3 and 4. In reviewing the Division of Registrations regulations this appears to be a violation of these regulations. I have also included a copy of the building permit for
your review.
The architect is Thomas G. Edwards # C-4148.
The engineer is Dale Wibbenmeyer #16001
Upon direction of the towns attorney and town prosecutor I am informing your office of this suspected illegal action by the engineer who’s placed his seal over the architect’s seal .
This method of filing a complaint was in accordance with your offices recommendation
