Dear Mr. Haeberle,
We are pleased to transmit the Revised Plans for the Building Permit Set of a new duplex
located at 809 Potato Patch Drive for review and approval.
Included with this letter are:
1. One Transmittal Sheet.
2. Two full size Building Permit Plan Sheets. The twelve revised sheets include the
Survey Sheet C001, A001, L1, L4, A100, A110, A111, Al 12, A113, Al 15, A116,
and A117.
These sheets are for review, approval, and insertion into the balance of the Building
Permit Set.
