Hey Sarah,
As we discussed on-site this afternoon, a final Planning inspection can not be approved until all
exterior work associated with the Nagle project has been completed:
• Remove all pre-existing flood lights.
• Paint all exposed vents,flues, conduit, meters, etc. to match the adjacent exterior wall or
roof element.
• Install all new landscaping and re-vegetate any existing landscape areas disturbed during
construction.
