David,
I have completed the additional pages and will be bringing you paint chips of the colors noted prior
to 9.00 tomorrow morning.
I am attaching the following pictures for the review as well:
1. Stucco area on 486 Forest #B that was approved to become copper paneling. Approval
was received after a January site meeting.
2. Stucco area on 486 Forest #A that we are requesting approval to become copper paneling.
3. Copper panel samples — we have chosen the darker version that appears slightly aged.
As mentioned in the application, owners of both sides met last weekend when Jacqui Ying (486
Forest #A) was in town. Jacqui saw the samples of copper paneling that had been applied to 486
Forest #B and decided that her home would look better and the two homes more cohesive if she
added this paneling to her upper area that is currently stucco. This would also eliminate all stucco
on the front side of both homes. Both Jacqui and Ron thought it best to slightly alter the existing
coloration to better match the copper paneling and are applying for this variation as well.

the approval and therefore the project.

I'll need the rest of the application also. I only received the application page. They will want
photos, color names /numbers (ie: Sherman Williams Brown #25439). Just get those to me asap (by
9am tomorrow at the latest) and I'll get it into the Staff Meeting and on an agenda (although it may
be staff approved). Thanks.

David,
Thank you so much for your assistance today. Attached please find the submittal to change paint
colors on the project at 486 Forest Road #B and on the existing duplex 486 Forest Road #A. In
addition, the owner of 486 Forest Road #A now would like copper panels to replace her stucco on
the upper portion of the home above the garage. This will match the approved plans for 486
Forest Road #B, so is only a change to her side. If I you need additional information, please do not
hesitate to call and we will respond promptly.
I was not sure if these two changes only require staff approval or if it needs a higher approval. If
you could please advise once you have reviewed the application, it would be great.
