This letter concerns this gut and remodel of this unit. Moving of existing sprinkler
heads to give proper coverage in this tenant finish remodel. Four additional
heads will be added. Existing piping will be removed and capped per your
permission during demo of this unit to prevent damage to the live system. Hose
riser was moved slightly and reinstalled per your permission. Alliance Mechanical
Inc. will follow N.F.P.A. code while working on this remodel using like materials
and pipe sizes identical to existing materials already installed in said project.
Copper pipe will be type "M" copper with wrought copper fittings. Engineered
prints enclosed. I will be performing the work on a T&M basis and expect it to
cost $5,000.00
