Also stucco will be applied to the chimney on all four sides above the roof line. Stucco system will be an application of twenty gauge stucco netting over two-ply weather barrier with proper lathing accessories. Application of fiber reinforced cement plaster base coat with crack isolation mesh imbedded with an application of an elastomeric acrylic finish coat. 2) 6 Living room windows (3 south and 3 west facing)will be replaced with aluminum clad Andersen E-series windows in cinnamon toast color. The south facing windows are a fixed pane but the new west facing windows will be with a fixed pane above an operating awning lower portion. Spec sheet attached. Other west facing trapezoidal windows condition will be examined as repairs are made with the determination of any needed repair or replacements to be communicated and approved by the TOV. 3) New front entry door with full length side light. (awaiting detail and specs for final DRB sign off) 4) Clapboard siding repairs and replacement will be done above the office windows, below the south facing deck, upper west facing areas and around replacement windows in a same for same color and materials.
