One of the many functions of Code Enforcement is to provide for the enforcement of the Town of Vail
Municipal Codes.
It has come to our attention that the above-described property may be in violation of the Town of Vail
Municipal Codes as follows:
Reported Violation(s): You are operating a commercial business in a zone district which does
not allow this type of use.
Your property,also known as the Vail Alpenhaus,is similar to a bed and breakfast. Your sales tax license
confirms that the business activity takes place at the above-mentioned property. This type of business may
also have negative impacts on surrounding properties and also on other residences that share common
access to their properties.
Please cease all business activities at this property within 15 calendar days from receipt of this letter.
Failure to do so will result in a summons being issued.
