BUILDING COMMENTS Architectural Comments: 1. Provide a site plan showing the location of the proposed work in relation to other structures, property lines etc. Reference section 107.2.5 IBC 2012 edition. 2. What occupancy classification is the stairs serving? Reference Chapter 107.2.3 IBC 2012 edition. 3. Is these stairs to be accessible stairs? Please clarify. Structural Comments: 1. Plans are to be sealed by the registrant per state law and section 107.1 IBC. 2. Plans are to reflect codes of the design as well as the design loads. Reference section 1603.1 IBC 3. Plans to reflect required special inspections or indicate none required per section 1603.1 IBC. 4. Plans have not been provided for the proposed retaining walls. Provide plans for the prosed retaining walls to include draining design, if part of design. Include all surcharges in design.
