Re : Scope of Work for Fire Alarm System Addition
Dear Mike,
The following is the scope of work to be performed for the remodel at the Kreidle Residence.
The scope of work will be to bring the remodeled area up to NFPA standards adopted by Vail
Fire Department and Installation standards. We will be installing heat detectors in the current
smoke detector location during construction. We will be installing new CO detectors
monitored by the fire alarm system and horn only devices at locations indicated on the
attached drawings. The existing devices are 120vac Gentex 9123H single station smoke
detectors. These devices will be added to the current main fire alarm control panel, a Notifier
AFP-200 located in the mechanical room down stairs.
Once work has been completed and tested, CSWC will contact Vail Fire to schedule a final
fire alarm test of the remodeled area.
